As a designer, making things is only half the story. The other half is making them visible. If your work stays hidden in a notebook, on your computer, or in your head, it will never reach the people who might care about it. Work only creates opportunities when it is seen.
If you create but feel unsure about what to share or whether to share at all, remember this: you do not need to wait for a polished, perfect outcome. The process itself is often more interesting. Share your drafts, your experiments, and the steps in between. Your audience will love joining you on the journey toward the final result, and it gives them a chance to connect with you more deeply.
When you share your work, you are not only showing what you made, you are also telling people who you are and how you work. So do not hide it. Put it out there. The more visible your work is, the more it can connect with people and open doors you never expected.
And while we are talking about sharing on social media, please stop worrying about how many people follow you. Numbers are a distraction. What matters is the quality of the people paying attention. A handful of engaged readers who care about your work is worth far more than hundreds of empty clicks.
If you want the world to see what you are capable of, do not wait until you think it is perfect. Share the process. Share it now. Show the messy parts. Tell your story.
Make it seen.
